S.D. Freeman is a Washington, D.C. native who brings over 20 years of government experience across the Department of Defense, the Department of State, and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. During her career, she has managed multiple programs and projects while specializing in business development and providing a client experience that exceeds expectations. She is a Service-Disabled Army and Air Force Veteran who has extensive knowledge in business development, business process reengineering, strategic planning, data analytics, and quality assurance. S.D. is an analytical problem solver who utilizes data-driven decision-making to resolve issues, formulate strategic plans, and implement effective change. S.D. understands the intricacies of the federal government and looks to foster organizational capability through INTEGRITY, INNOVATION, and EXCELLENCE.

In 2024, Dennis joined DIS-SS as our Contracts Acquisition Manager, bringing over twenty years of experience in government consulting and contracting with the Department of Defense (DoD). Dennis is skilled in Program Management and is great at building strong relationships with our customers. He focuses on creating these connections to deliver high-quality work and keep end-users happy, all while making sure we stick to all contract requirements.

With a focus on infrastructure support, Candice brings a wealth of experience in business development to her position.
